Our Library

We are a member of PrairieCat
and the Prairie Area Library System (PALS) which
enables us to borrow books from the other 377 member libraries in Northern
Illinois and Iowa. Our students are allowed to come to the library
everyday as long as they return their books.
We have two Scholastic Book Fairs
each year which provide us with many new books. We also use the proceeds
from the Book Fairs to purchase items for the Reading Counts Store where the
students come to spend the points that they have earned all year.

wondering if a book has an RC quiz, click here.
Enter the title or author and
“submit”. Then click on the
title and you can see how many points.
We update our quizzes monthly. If
the title is listed on this link, we may not have it yet, but we will probably
get the quiz in the next few months.
Please check the Interest Level. If it is “High School”, it will not be
available to our elementary students.
The following lists can still be useful, but they do not
contain all of the titles we have now.
